To ensure a smooth and high-quality medical experience for all our patients, our clinic operates under the following policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
[1] Strictly by Appointment Only
We operate entirely on an appointment-only basis and start all consultations strictly on time.
To ensure fairness and maintain the schedule for all patients, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and we will be unable to see you on that day. Please ensure you arrive on time.
[2] Medical Fees and Identification
Please present your My Number Card at the reception desk upon your arrival.
・If you do not present your My Number Card:
In accordance with our clinic policy, your visit will be treated as a self-pay (non-insured) consultation. The medical fees for such visits will be calculated at 200% of the standard medical insurance points.
To reduce waiting times at checkout and maintain a hygienic environment, our clinic is a credit card-only facility. Please note that we do not accept cash under any circumstances. Please make sure to bring a valid credit card for payment.
Cancellation Policy
At our clinic, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized care by securing sufficient treatment time for each patient. Frequent last-minute cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice significantly affect our ability to provide smooth care to all patients.
Therefore, we kindly request your cooperation with the following policies:
・If last-minute cancellations or missed appointments (including first-time visits) occur repeatedly, we may no longer accept advance reservations. In such cases, we will only be able to accommodate you if there is an open time slot on the day of your visit.
・If repeated cancellations make it difficult to continue treatment or maintain a proper relationship of mutual trust, we reserve the right to decline future appointments.
